With its core value being to provide hassle-free sourcing solutions, Tungtex has, for decades, supplied a wide range of renowned designer labels and international retail stores quality apparel. Tungtex’s expertise lies in silk apparel, and its fine workmanship also extends to other product lines, including silk-blended, linen, cotton and synthetic items. In the light on the ongoing pandemic, Tungtex and HeiQ have collaborated to develop TMASK, a reusable face mask that provides users an unmatched experience, as it is powered by HeiQ Viroblock antiviral technology and HeiQ Smart Temp temperature control technology, designed for double protection and comfort.
TMASK – 3-Layer Face Mask Material and Construction
The TMASK is made-up of three layers, an outer one made of cotton that is water-repellent, a second cotton layer treated with HeiQ Viroblock, and finally an inner layer made of 100% Mulberry Silk that features HeiQ Smart Temp.
Why Mulberry Silk?
Mulberry Silk yarns are protein fibers, the only material friendly to human skin with a delicate and smooth feel. The hydrophilic gene of Mulberry Silk yarns make the material breathable , and the low thermal conductivity of Mulberry Silk yarns ensures an endothermic and exothermic balance and the addition of HeiQ Smart Temp makes it ideally suitable for all seasons.
The reusable face masks are tested to remain 99% antiviral effective after 30 washes, and the masks themselves are sustainable
